How to hire

Five Steps From Enquiry To Handover

Most drivers who have their documents and insurance ready collect the same day.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp

    Tell us which vehicle you're interested in and when you want to start.

  2. Send us your documents

    Your DVLA driving licence, TfL PCO driver licence, National Insurance number and a recent proof of address. Photos over WhatsApp are fine.

  3. Confirm booking and pay deposit

    Receive provisional rental agreement, and pay the refundable £300 security deposit plus your first week's rent by bank transfer.

  4. Arrange your insurance

    As a dry-hire company we don't provide insurance — you arrange your own fully comprehensive Hire & Reward (private hire) policy naming the vehicle. We verify your certificate before handover.

  5. Collect and drive away

    We complete a condition report together and sign the agreement at handover, hand you the keys, and you're earning the same day.
